Alfamino Junior™ Amino Acid–Based Powder Pediatric Formula
This nutritionally complete, hypoallergenic amino acid-based formula is designed for children aged 1 to 13 years. It is suitable for lactose-free and gluten-free diets and can be used for both oral supplementation and tube feeding. The formula contains 65% of fat as MCT (medium-chain triglycerides) to enhance fat absorption. It is ideal for children with conditions like cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA), multiple food allergies, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, malabsorptive conditions, and short bowel syndrome (SBS). This product may also help manage feeding intolerance often seen in children with developmental disabilities. It is not for individuals with galactosemia or parenteral use, and it should be used under medical supervision. It is compatible with low-residue, kosher, and gluten-free diets.
