Kimtech™ M3 Pleat-Style Face Masks with Knitted Ear Loops are a smart piece of personal protective equipment (PPE) for your ISO Class 3 and higher cleanroom environment. They have a low-linting polyethylene film outer layer that provides protection from contamination and the soft inner-facing fabric provides comfort. The pleat-style masks have knitted ear loops and a fully enclosed bendable nosepiece. They have excellent bacterial and particle filtration combined with good breathability. These double bagged face masks are popular for a variety of environments, including those for semiconductors, disk drives, data storage and integrated circuits
- For ISO Class 3 and higher cleanroom environments – Pleated cleanroom face masks with low-linting polyethylene film outer layer, fully enclosed malleable aluminum nosepiece, and durable ultra-sonically bonded ear loops.
- Excellent bacterial and particle filtration efficiency – BFE of 98.7% at 3.0 micron and 99.5% PFE at 0.1 micron.
- High levels of comfort – Non-irritating Bicosof inner-facing fabric made from bicomponent polypropylene/polyethyne fiber. Flexible nose bridge provides high comfort with minimized metal exposure. Latex and silicone free. Knitted polyester/polyurethane earloops are ultrasonically bonded and fit snuggly around the ears.
- Size – 7″ one size fits most cleanroom face masks. Knitted earloops and a fully-enclosed, soft, bendable nosepiece for a secure fit.
